Hospital Leaders and Clinicians “Collaborate, Innovate, Evolve” at Premise Corporation’s Annual Client Summit

Farmington, CT (October 31, 2008) - Premise Corporation, a leading provider of clinically focused patient flow solutions, held its Annual Client Summit on October 26 – 28 at the Hartford Marriott Downtown in Hartford, Connecticut. With a record attendance of more than 180 attendees, the event included high-profile keynote speakers from the healthcare industry, client case study presentations, collaborative roundtables, networking opportunities, and product updates from Premise executives and clinicians.

The Client Summit’s theme was “Collaborate, Innovate, Evolve,” recognizing the collaboration and innovation required to tackle the complex challenges of hospital-wide patient flow, as well as the evolution of Premise clients as they’ve made great strides in patient flow optimization. A stand-out feature of the event was the many case study presentations by clients who shared success stories and practical tips for implementing patient flow technology, redesigning processes and facilitating culture change across their organizations. Clients who presented included UCLA Medical Center, The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Inova Fairfax Hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Eastern Maine Medical Center. Topics included “Changing Culture…Breaking Down Silos,” “Diving Into Data to Change Culture,” and “Inter-Hospital Census Management.”
