Eric Rosow, M.S., Vice President & General Manager
Mr. Rosow, a co-founder of Premise Corporation, served as Premise's Chairman & Chief Executive Officer prior to the company's acquisition by Eclipsys finalized in January 2009. With more than 20 years of experience in executive healthcare management, his leadership plays an essential role in Eclipsys' Enterprise Performance Management unit. Mr. Rosow is responsible for the operations and strategic direction surrounding the Patient Flow team's mission of helping healthcare organizations optimize patient flow in order to improve the care they provide to their patients.
Mr. Rosow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Trinity College, and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Hartford Graduate Center/Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds several patents, is an active speaker in the healthcare industry, and has authored more than 50 academic papers and other publications.
Mr. Rosow also serves on the Executive Committee of the Trinity College National Alumni Association, the Trinity Engineering Advisory Council, and the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Technology Council. At the community level, Mr. Rosow – a former member of the U.S. National Rowing Team - volunteers his time as a crew coach for the Avon High School Rowing Program, which he helped co-found in 2007.
Craig Gravina, Vice President of Product Development
Mr. Gravina is responsible for the product and technology vision of the Sunrise Patient Flow product line, and for driving innovation within all of our software solutions. He leads the team’s R&D efforts.
Gravina has over 14 years of experience leading innovative technology companies. He has founded three start-ups with market-leading products; facilitated successful acquisitions; and then remained a key executive with the acquiring companies. In addition to leading product development, he also has substantial expertise in building and managing intellectual property portfolios with substantial U.S. and international patents.
Previously, Gravina served as Vice President of Advanced Technology and Intellectual Property for Bright Things, plc. Prior to that, he founded PushPlay Interactive, LLC, where he developed the business, technology and intellectual property for the company's leading-edge, industry-first products. He has worked with many global technology leaders and developed products for such companies as Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft and Thomson Consumer Electronics. He holds a bachelor of science from Syracuse University.
John Hannon, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Hannon is responsible for the overall operations and financial management of Eclipsys' Sunrise Patient Flow Solutions. Prior to joining the team, he served as CFO and COO of Mangrove Systems, Inc., a leading designer of next generation switches for 3G and 4G wireless network providers. Mangrove Systems was acquired by Carrier Access where Mr. Hannon was retained as VP of Business Development.
Previously, as VP and General Manager of Ascend’s Broadband Access group, Mr. Hannon oversaw research and development, product management, SQA, division revenue and expense goals. While at Ascend, Mr. Hannon increased revenues from a few hundred thousand to over $60 Million, and managed the introduction of three additional product platforms before Ascend was acquired by Lucent Technologies. He has also held leadership roles with Honeywell, General Datacomm, ADC Telecommunications, Sahara Networks and MSA Venture Partners. Mr. Hannon earned an MBA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Chris Aulbach, M.S., Vice President of Product Management
As Vice President of Product Management, Mr. Aulbach is responsible for the product vision and product management efforts of the Sunrise Patient Flow product line. In addition, he is responsible for championing various product life cycle activities, from market analysis and product planning activities to product packaging and launch, to ensure the company’s products best serve the needs of the market and our clients.
Prior to joining the team in 2004, Chris led key revenue cycle product initiatives spanning 7 years with QuadraMed Corporation and predecessor companies, and prior to that served Fortune 500 clients during his four year tenure with Accenture. With proven experience managing new product initiatives within high growth technology providers, and a strong background in enterprise healthcare information systems, Chris plays a key role in driving product strategy and supporting ongoing product line growth and expansion.
Mr. Aulbach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Masters degree in Management through Rensselaer’s Technological Entrepreneurship Program at the Lally School of Management and Technology.
Tony Tittle, Vice President of Software Development
As Vice President of Software Development, Mr. Tittle is responsible for the system architecture, software engineering, development and database design of all Sunrise Patient Flow products. Mr. Tittle was formerly with Open Solutions, Inc. a provider of Core Financial Applications located in Glastonbury, CT, where he served as their Director of Software Developement. He has an extensive background in software development and relational database design and has worked with a wide variety of Microsoft technologies.
Mr. Tittle holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Tampa Technical Institute.
Jennifer Wittstein, Director of Client Support and Training
As Director of Client Support and Training, Mrs. Wittstein serves as head of all client support services and training for Sunrise Patient Flow. Mrs. Wittstein was formerly with AMS Services, a division of Vertafore, Inc., where she led a seventy-member professional services division for the company’s high-end agency automation solution. Prior to AMS, Wittstein worked at Aetna Life & Casualty in various support and training roles.
Mrs. Wittstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut and has completed graduate work in accounting from the University of Hartford.
Barbara A. Yates, Vice President of Professional Services
Ms. Yates serves as head of all professional services for Sunrise Patient Flow, and is responsible for our product implementation and consulting teams. Ms. Yates manages a team of healthcare and technology professionals dedicated to achieving quality implementations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining the team in 2006, Ms. Yates spent the past 25 years in healthcare management and technology with director experience in both the provider and vendor environments. Most recently she spent 3 years as a Director with Eclipsys Corporation, where she was responsible for managing regional implementations and providing direct sales support for new and existing business. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director of Applications with Hartford Hospital, managing clinical and financial implementations as well as providing day to day support of existing applications and the data center.
Ms. Yates received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rivier College, Medical Technologist Training from Washington Hospital Center and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Hartford.
